Mark enjoyed life and always wanted those around him to enjoy life as well. His smiled made you want to smile despite how your day was going and he always greeted you with courtesy. Mark had been contracting for several years in which he developed friendships no matter where he worked. He demanded nothing but the best from those around him and ensured he gave you his very best. Mark was often called upon by his leadership because of his experience and knowledge of maintenance, he often shared his knowledge with the mechanics around him and was always quick to make on-the-spot corrections an opportune learning experience. Mark was quick to listen and slow to speak, but when he spoke rest assured he had something to say that was worth hearing. He would often end his conversations with how thankful he was to “just have a job”. But overall Mark was a family man, he often spoke of his family and those close to him. If you held a conversation with him long enough he would “ask how’s your family” and he would wait for your response, that’s the kind of person he was.It will never be known the number of lives that Mark has touched, but he will certainly be remembered by the lives that he has touched here in Kuwait. May the memory of "Mark Wooden" surround us all and we take the kindness he shared and share it with others as we go through our walk of life.
